Throughout my professional career I have worked in a variety of industries, with a multitude of clients, ranging from technology to construction and entertainment to healthcare.

My undergraduate degree is in business with a concentration in marketing and a double-minor in entrepreneurship and communications. I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) who completed the Full Stack Engineering program at Momentum in 2018.

I joined IBM in 2020 as an Agile Project Manager in Finance and Operation in the Quote to Cash subdomain Distributed Software (DSW).

Our projects at IBM typically involve a fully remote global team working on large modernization efforts, divestitures, acquisitions, new marketplaces, and / or new or updated business models.

Achievements:

• Project manager for the launch of Red Hat Marketplace, the only store for container-based software offerings from both Red Hat and IBM

• Project manager for the Digital Twin Exchange which is a resource for asset-intensive industries

• Led a team of 90+ to automate quote to cash systems for South American countries

• Chair of the IBM@RTP Green Team

• Led the IBM@RTP Green Team through recertification of the campus as a Conservation Certified Wildlife Habitat

• Crafted marketing plans, including go-to-market strategies, brand audits, and social media strategies for SaaS clients

• Secured contracts with Netflix, FedEx, and Target

• Led remote teams in the USA, China, UK, Mexico, South America, Italy, France, and Germany

• Website redesign and content strategy led to a 123x increase in monthly web traffic

• Transitioned two firms to Scrum

• Raleigh Public Relations Society Board Member (2016 - 2018)

• Honored for Excellence in Leadership and Management by the International Downtown Association
